Potato Garlic Naan Flatbread is a great low-fat complement to your curries and dipping sauces.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp herbs (optional)
Directions
- Mix the flour, mashed potatoes, garlic paste, and yogurt to form a dough.
- Place dough on a floured surface and knead for a minute.
- Divide into 6-8 portions and flatten each to form flatbread.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes, turning over after 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven, brush again with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs.
