Gluten-free Roasted Cauliflower is so easy to make! It is a dieter’s delight being low-fat and vegan as well.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Toss the cauliflower with olive oil.
- Add the spices and mix well.
- Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Brown under the broiler for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro (optional).
