Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker crust shell
Directions
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, and eggs to the pumpkin puree and mix well.
- Pour into a graham cracker crust shell and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Cool for an hour before slicing.
