Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped zucchini (unpeeled)
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Add all ingredients and mix well to form a thick dough (like cookie dough). Moisten with water if too dry.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
